PIV condensation control to eliminate mould and condensation
This rental property was diagnosed with a damp issue we were asked to give second opinion. We discovered the old roof membrane had rotted letting water run down the cavity creating damp patches inside on the walls.
We stripped the roof replacing the membrane with a new breathable membrane, replaced all roof battens and installed eve trays, then re-tiled using old and new tiles.
And repairs to the block work as required.
Full House restoration
We took on a full house restoration after it had been used as an HMO, it was gutted then it needed a full rewire with new a consumer unit, full re-plumb with new radiators and boiler, roof joist repairs and 1st floor replacing in some points due to leaking shower and toilet.
A bathroom was created on the 1st floor, new kitchen installed, utility room with second toilet created on the ground floor along with a home office. All walls were skimmed, with new floor and carpets though out the property.
